Kenzio supplies gifting and packaging products primarily to businesses and bulk buyers across India.

Processing and Dispatch

For ready products that are available in stock, orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Actual dispatch time may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, seasonal demand and other operational factors.

For customized, printed, branded, specially sized or bulk-manufactured orders, the production and dispatch timeline will be communicated separately at the time of quotation or order confirmation.

Production timelines for customized products begin after all required specifications, artwork, approvals and other necessary order information have been received.

Shipping Charges

For website orders, the shipping charge shown at checkout, where applicable, will apply.

For large-volume, oversized, customized or special bulk requirements, freight or transportation charges may be quoted separately depending on quantity, shipment dimensions and delivery location.

Delivery Time

Transit time begins after dispatch and depends on the delivery destination, courier or transport provider and prevailing logistics conditions.

Kenzio will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the communicated timeline but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date where delays are caused by courier companies, transporters, weather, strikes, government restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect packages at the time of receipt.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please retain the packaging and record photographs and an unboxing video before or while opening the parcel.

Any damaged, incorrect or defective product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Refund / Return Policy.
